Grimes Takes Legal Action Against Elon Musk for Custody of Their Three Children

The singer Grimes has filed a lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend Elon Musk, the billionaire founder of Tesla and SpaceX, for parental rights of their three children. The lawsuit comes after Grimes accused Musk of not allowing her to see one of their sons, Techno Mechanicus, who was born in 2022 and whose existence was revealed by a biography of Musk last month.

Grimes, whose legal name is Claire Boucher, filed a “petition to establish parental relationship” on Friday, October 3, 2023, in the Superior Court of San Francisco. This petition is often filed when two parents are unmarried and one of them is trying to have their parentage of a child legally recognized, or when seeking child support or custody. As of now, Musk has not filed a response to Grimes’s petition and the singer has not filed a request for custody or child support. The details of the petition are not public and the lawyers of both parties have not commented on the case.

Grimes and Musk dated from 2018 to 2021 and have three children together: X Æ A-Xii, Exa Dark Sideræl, and Techno Mechanicus. Musk has seven other children from previous relationships: Nevada (deceased), Griffin, Xavier, Damian, Saxon, Kai, and the twins with another woman, Shivon Zilis. Grimes also claimed that she had never seen a photo of Musk’s twins with Zilis until they were posted online. Grimes and Zilis later said that they had resolved their issues and were looking forward to their children growing up together.

According to various reports¹²³, Krayzie Bone suffers from sarcoidosis, an inflammatory disease that causes the immune system to overreact and form clusters of inflamed tissue called granulomas in one or more organs of the body. The rapper reportedly checked into a Los Angeles-area hospital on Friday, Sept. 24, after he started coughing up large amounts of blood. A CAT scan found that an artery in one of his lungs was leaking, and he underwent emergency surgery to stop the bleeding. However, the surgery was unsuccessful, and he was put on a ventilator and sedated in the intensive care unit on Sunday.

Krayzie Bone's condition was described as "life-threatening" by sources close to him, and many of his friends and fellow artists expressed their concern and well-wishes on social media. LeBron James, who is also from Ohio, tweeted: "Prayers to Krayzie man!!!!" DJ Paul, who collaborated with Krayzie Bone on several projects, wrote on Instagram: "Please pray for my brother Kray. We was just in the lab Wednesday recording, having fun, drinking his new IPA. This is unbelievable."

Krayzie Bone is one of the founding members of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, along with Bizzy Bone, Flesh-N-Bone, Wish Bone and Layzie Bone. The group formed in 1991 in Cleveland, Ohio, and rose to fame with their fast-paced rapping style and harmonized vocals. They have sold over 50 million records worldwide and won a Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group for their hit song "Tha Crossroads" in 1996.

Sarcoidosis is a rare disease that affects about 150,000-200,000 people in the United States every year⁴. It can affect any organ, but most commonly affects the lungs and lymph nodes. The cause of sarcoidosis is unknown, and there is no cure for it. However, some people may recover without treatment, while others may need medication or surgery to manage their symptoms.

Krayzie Bone's fans are relieved to hear that he is alive and recovering from his ordeal. They are hoping that he will be able to resume his music career soon and continue to inspire them with his talent and faith.

Blueface Avoids Prison Time For Las Vegas Shooting Incident

Rapper Blueface, whose real name is Johnathan Porter, has been sentenced to a suspended sentence of 24 to 60 months in prison for his involvement in a shooting incident outside a Las Vegas strip club in October 2022. The 26-year-old pleaded guilty to lesser charges of battery and discharging a firearm at or into an occupied structure in July 2023, avoiding the more serious charge of attempted murder.

The shooting occurred on the night of October 8, 2022, when Blueface and his crew were at the Euphoric Gentlemen’s Club in Las Vegas. According to the police report, the alleged victim approached them and made a joke about Blueface talking to “some females in a cheap vehicle”. This provoked a physical altercation between the two parties, which spilled out into the parking lot.

The victim escaped the fight in his pick-up truck and drove through the parking lot, asking who jumped him. Blueface’s crew thought he was “going for a gun” and Blueface fired shots at the vehicle. The victim was grazed by a bullet on his left hand and his truck had multiple bullet holes. Video footage shows Blueface with a gun in his hand, shooting at the truck as it drove away.

Blueface was arrested on November 16, 2022, by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. He was taken into custody as he was entering the Regional Justice Center for a court appearance related to the shooting case. He was later released on bail and pleaded guilty to the reduced charges in July 2023.

On October 2, 2023, he was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 24 to 60 months in prison, meaning that he will not have to serve any jail time unless he violates the terms of his probation. He will also have to pay restitution to the victim, who suffered from nerve damage and loss of sensation in his hand.

Blueface is best known for his hit songs “Thotiana” and “Bleed It”. He has been involved in several legal troubles in the past, including being arrested for possession of a loaded firearm in Los Angeles in February 2019 and being charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon in Los Angeles in November 2019. He is currently working on his debut album, which is expected to be released later this year.

Leaked Documentary Footage Shows Kanye Criticizing Nas, Cardi B, and G.O.O.D. Music

A leaked video of Kanye West dissing Cardi B has caused a stir online. The video is from an unreleased documentary that was filmed in 2018, when West was working on his album Ye and his gospel project Sunday Service.

The documentary was directed by Coodie & Chike, who are longtime collaborators of West. They said that they wanted to show a different side of West, one that was more vulnerable and human. However, the documentary was never released because West did not like how he was portrayed and tried to buy the rights to the footage.

The source of the leak is unknown, but they claimed to have access to the documentary footage and wanted to expose West’s hypocrisy and delusions. They said that West was not in a good mental state at the time and that he was constantly paranoid and erratic.

In the leaked video, West is heard on the phone with an unidentified person, ranting about various topics related to the music industry. He claims that Cardi B is a plant by the Illuminati, a secret society that allegedly controls the world, and that she is there to sound as ignorant as possible and replace Nicki Minaj, who he says is a real rapper. He also accuses Corey Gamble, who is dating his mother-in-law Kris Jenner, of being CIA and part of the Illuminati. He expresses his frustration with Nas, who he says shot a video without him and did not appreciate his production. He also complains that his own G.O.O.D. Music label was not supporting him enough and that he had to do everything by himself.

Cardi B responded to West’s allegations by posting a clip from an interview he did with Hollywood Unlocked’s Jason Lee in 2020, where he praised her and said he always believed in her since she was on Love & Hip-Hop: New York. She captioned the clip with a laughing emoji and a shrug emoji, implying that she was not bothered by West’s comments.

West has not commented on the leaked video or the backlash it has caused.

Lara Trump Draws Criticism For Tom Petty Cover After Estate Sends Cease And Desist

Lara Trump, the daughter-in-law of former President Donald Trump, has stirred controversy with her country music cover of Tom Petty's "I Won't Back Down". Despite a cease and desist letter sent to Donald Trump during his 2020 re-election campaign by Petty's estate, Lara Trump released her own version of the song. The cover, which was teased on Instagram and released on September 29, has been met with criticism.

Eric Trump, Lara's husband, alleges that Apple is "shadow banning" the song. He claims that despite being 31st on the iTunes charts upon release, the song is unsearchable. This raises questions about the fairness of Apple's practices.

The song was released through Mailman Media’s country music sub-label First Class Records. Pre-sales of the song were available before its release. Despite the backlash, many supporters have rallied behind Lara Trump's musical endeavor.

The Trump family continues to face opposition from Tom Petty’s family. The 2020 letter stated that both the late Tom Petty and his family firmly stand against racism and discrimination of any kind. They added that Tom Petty would never want a song of his used for a campaign of hate.

According to US Copyright rules, Lara Trump is indeed allowed to cover the song, as long as she changes it in some fashion. In this case, she has released it as a “country version”. So, while her decision to cover the song has sparked controversy and criticism, it does not appear to be breaking any laws.
