Despite Grande securing a five-year restraining order against him, Brown continued his intrusive behavior and violated her Montecito property in 2022.

John T. Savrnoch, the District Attorney of Santa Barbara County, revealed this week that Brown has admitted to charges of first degree residential burglary, issuing criminal threats, and stalking an individual who had an active restraining order against him.

His punishment has been predetermined and will be formally handed down on May 3, as stated in a press release from the district attorney’s office.

Along with his prison sentence, Brown will be issued a restraining order that will remain valid for 10 years this time.

He will be forbidden from being in Grande’s vicinity and from reaching out to her.

From February to September 2021, Brown infiltrated Grande’s Hollywood Hills residence more than 90 times over a seven-month span.

In September, Brown trespassed on the property, brandishing a hunting knife and threatening Grande’s security personnel: ‘I’ll f***ing kill you and her!’

When the police were called, he tried to flee but was eventually apprehended.

Following the incident involving the knife, Grande secured a five-year restraining order against Brown and sold her Hollywood Hills home for $14 million a month later.

Despite these measures, Brown’s fixation on Grande persisted. He sent her threatening messages on Instagram between May 26 and June 26, 2022.

On June 26, he broke into her Montecito home, severing her phone lines and alarm system wires with a screwdriver. At the time of the break-in, Grande was not at home. The police eventually found Brown hiding in a crawl space with the assistance of a K-9 unit.

Upon investigating Brown, the authorities discovered his extensive online search history related to his stalking activities.

It appears that Brown used the internet to locate her address and devise ways to bypass her security system.

He also seemed to have an unhealthy interest in Grande’s personal and professional life, as evidenced by the over 2,000 videos or images of Grande found in his possession.
