Diddy Hit With 4th Lawsuit For Raping A 17 Year Old Jane Doe
An anonymous accuser has filed a lawsuit against Diddy, accusing him and others of sex trafficking and gang raping her when she was a high school student. The lawsuit, filed by Jane Doe in federal court, says she met Harve Pierre, the President of Bad Boy Entertainment, in 2003 in the Detroit area, where he told her she was “hot”, mentioned Diddy’s name and asked her to join him on a private jet to meet the mogul. The accuser says she was 17 years old and in the 11th grade when this happened. She says she agreed to go with him and ended up in NYC, where she met Diddy in a studio – there was music being recorded – and she claims he asked her to sit on his lap … and then they gave her drugs and alcohol. The accuser attached photos of that studio meeting in the lawsuit … and you can see someone sitting on his lap. She has blurred her face in the pictures. She says she doesn’t remember much after that, but she recalls Diddy taking her to a bathroom where he had sex with her from behind while she was leaning over a sink. She says she did not agree to have sex. The accuser also alleges Pierre and another man who she doesn’t identify … also forced themselves on her during that night in the studio.
She claims she curled up on the bathroom floor when they were done – and was later taken out of the studio and flown back to Michigan. This accuser says she kept quiet for 20 years, and although she knew it would be hard to speak up … but felt encouraged after seeing Cassie and other women share similar allegations against Diddy. The suit says Diddy broke NY State’s Victims of Gender-Motivated-Violence Protection Law … which has extended the time limit for filing a lawsuit. Diddy responded quickly to the filing, "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I have been silent for the last few weeks, watching people try to ruin my character, my reputation and my legacy”. “Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth."
