Beyoncé’s Childhood Home Catches Fire, Arson Suspected

A fire broke out at the home where Beyonce grew up in Houston. The family living there got out in time and nobody was hurt.

Around 2 a.m., the Houston Fire Department received the call and rushed to the scene on the 2400 block of Rosedale. They saw a lot of fire coming from the front of the two-story house. The fire was mostly under control within 10 minutes of the first firetrucks arriving. The firefighters had to make holes in the roof to get the fire in the attic and eves out.

The home was occupied by a couple and their 2 small children, who had already left the house before the firefighters got there.

The fire's origin is still unknown.
