A 3RD WOMEN FILES LAWSUIT AGAINST DIDDY FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT
A third lawsuit accusing Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault under the Adult Survivors Act that ended after Thanksgiving has been filed against him. The new lawsuit, from a person who did not reveal their identity, says Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall raped the person and their friend one after the other in 1990 or 1991 – and that Diddy became violent and angry a few days later.
The document obtained says Jane Doe and her friend met Diddy and Hall at an event that MCA Records, the distributor of Uptown Records, hosted at their offices in New York. “Combs and Hall were very flirtatious and handsy with Jane Doe and her friend, offering them drinks throughout the night,” the document says.
When the event was almost over, Combs and Hall allegedly asked the women to come to Hall’s apartment for more fun. “While at Hall’s apartment, Jane Doe was offered more drinks and was pressured into having sex with Combs,” the document alleges. “After Combs finished with her, Jane Doe was in bed, shocked and traumatized. As she was trying to get dressed, Hall came into the room, pinned her down and forced Jane Doe to have sex with him.”
The lawsuit says Jane Doe got dressed quickly and ran away from Hall’s place after the alleged rape. It says she later talked to her friend and found out the other woman “had been forced to have sex with Combs and Hall in another room.”
“Upon information and belief, when Combs was done with Jane Doe, he and Hall switched,” the paper says. A few days after the alleged attacks, Combs allegedly went to the house where Jane Doe and her friend were staying and got violent.
“He was furious and started attacking and choking Jane Doe until she blacked out,” the lawsuit says. “Combs was looking for Jane Doe’s friend because he was afraid that she would tell the girl he was dating at the time what he and Hall had done to them.”
The suit also names Hall, MCA Music Entertainment and Geffen Records as defendants. Hall and Combs’ reps did not respond to requests for comment on Friday. The lawsuit, which was filed in New York County Supreme Court, says Jane Doe “told her close friends and family about what happened.” It says she got medical help “to heal from the trauma caused by Combs and Hall.” The new lawsuit is the third one filed against Combs before the one-year Adult Survivors Act expired. The act allowed sex assault claims that were too old to be sued over. R&B singer Cassie sued Combs on Nov. 16 for rape, sex trafficking and repeated beatings. (Diddy settled with Cassie privately the next day.)
Another accuser sued earlier on Thursday and said Combs drugged and sexually assaulted her when she was a Syracuse University student in 1991. She said Combs recorded the incident and showed the video to others in an act called “revenge porn.” Diddy’s rep denied the claim, calling it “fake and not believable” and “a money grab.”
